Keith Odelwurtel

Mr. Oldewurtel is an established executive with over 45 years experience in the water industry. He serves on the board of Prosper Water. He also advises investors, technology providers, and other firms regarding  the US water and wastewater market.

Mr. Oldewurtel has over four decades of experience including serving as Chief Operating Officer for Veolia North America’s Water/Wastewater Contract Operation and Maintenance business with over $1 billion in revenues and more than 250 treatment plants. He also has worked as part of Veolia’s North America’s corporate management team serving in a  variety of leadership roles including environmental health and safety.

Before joining Veolia in 2008, Mr. Oldewurtel spent more than 23 years with Earth Tech, a worldwide engineering and operations, maintenance  and management (O&M) company, serving in various leadership positions  related to contract O&M of water, wastewater and environmental facilities. He is experienced with all facets of running a successful business  including O&M, engineering, business growth, environmental compliance,  safety performance, contract strategy/negotiation, team and leadership development, and P&L performance at the project and company-wide  levels.
