2017-Present: Responsible for the day-to-day operations, company strategy, subsidiary and business application development of the Gas Infusion Technology. Developed subsidiaries under Prosper Technologies in the following industries; wastewater, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, skincare, medical & wellness, marine water restoration, and biotechnology.

2016-2017: Max led Prosper Technologies acquisition of the Gas Infusion portfolio of patents along with the OpCo and IP HoldCo from the technology’s inventors.

2012-2015: Early stages of Prosper Technologies, Max was developing the technology licensing company that became the worldwide exclusive licensee of Gas Infusion Technology for use in agriculture, water treatment, consumer goods, and health and medical. As a licensee of Gas Infusion, Prosper developed and patented six unique new industry applications for Gas Infusion technology.

2005-2011: Prior to Prosper, Max was the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Sprout Foods. Max managed Sprout from its inception in 2005 through the end of 2010. Sprout’s innovative products and pouch packaging changed the $4B baby food industry, by leading the transition from the traditional glass jars into pouched packaging. Sprout developed into the leading brand of organic pouched baby food, and became the number one selling organic baby food per point of distribution, and one of the 500 fastest growing companies in the U.S. in 2010 under his guidance. Sprout was sold to the private equity firm North Castle Partners.
