Stephane Bouvier

Board Member

Stephane is a seasoned executive in the US water infrastructure industry. He currently serves on the board of Prosper Water and is a strategic advisor to the private equity sector for middle market firms looking to invest in the US water and wastewater market.

He is the former CEO of Inframark, a leading US provider of outsourced water infrastructure operations and maintenance services. In 2017, he led the carve out of the business from the Severn Trent Group and the rebranding to a standalone business with PE backing from Public Pension Capital (PPC). He grew the business from $180m to over $300m in 7 years with an industry leading safety and water quality compliance track record and won 2 of the top 10 largest US O&M contracts (Bridgeport, CT and Oklahoma City, OK).

Prior to joining Severn Trent, Stephane was the Finance Director for the European division of G4S, a FTSE 100 company and at the time the world’s largest security organization. Prior to his career with G4S, Stephane spent seven years in an international business process outsourcing company, Xchanging Plc where he was the Finance and Commercial director for the Procurement, HR and IT outsourcing division. The business started up in 2002 with backing from General Atlantic Partners and went through a successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange in 2007.

Stéphane was born in France achieved a first-class degree at the French School of Management (ESSCA) and a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of the West of England in Bristol. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in London and also worked in their Corporate Finance Practice for several years prior to joining Xchanging Plc.
